Delhi’s Rohini court denied transit anticipatory bail to Goa restaurant owners Gaurav and Saurav Luthra, accused of murder after a nightclub fire claimed 25 lives. The brothers, detained in Phuket, failed to prove fears of being lynched in Goa. The court cited the grave nature of the offense and their conduct post-incident.
