A sophisticated crime syndicate in Delhi used hidden cameras in commercial vehicles to record traffic police, then doctored footage for blackmail and extortion. The gang, led by Raju Meena and Jeeshan Ali, also lodged false corruption complaints against targeted officers and even demanded sexual favors from female personnel, causing significant distress and forcing transfers.
