US forces have seized an oil tanker, reportedly named the Skipper, off Venezuela’s coast. Satellite imagery and photos reveal the vessel may have faked its location, broadcasting false data while offloading oil. The tanker has a history of transporting sanctioned oil from Iran and Venezuela, with millions of barrels moved previously. Venezuela has denounced the seizure as piracy.
