Interpol has issued a blue corner notice for nightclub co-owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, believed to be in Thailand, following a deadly blaze. Goa Police detained a partner and are seeking to impound the brothers’ passports. A team is being sent to Thailand to bring them back, with authorities also investigating their finances.
