An Indian-origin nurse, Naijil Paul, has been sentenced to over seven years in jail in Scotland for raping a colleague and sexually assaulting two others. Paul fled to India before his 2019 trial but was extradited after six years. He pleaded guilty to the charges, which occurred in 2018 while he managed Acorn Park Care Home in Glasgow.
