An Indian-origin man, Badal Dholaria, faces murder charges after allegedly driving his Tesla at over 150 mph while drunk, causing a fatal collision. The crash killed 41-year-old Alix Mari Sparks. Dholaria, who sustained only minor injuries, has pleaded not guilty to multiple felony DUI counts. Investigators found .08% blood alcohol content.
