Goa nightclub owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra fled to Thailand within hours of a deadly blaze at their establishment, the DGP revealed. A Look-Out Notice has been issued, and authorities are coordinating with Interpol for their arrest. The brothers, who expressed grief online, are accused of avoiding the police investigation into the tragedy.
