A devastating fire at a nightclub in Goa, claiming the lives of 25 people, has thrown a glaring spotlight on the inadequate fire safety measures in Delhi’s entertainment spots. In spite of existing regulations, many venues suffer from overcrowded layouts, obstructed exits, and flammable decor, while maintenance seems to be a low priority.
