A devastating fire at Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub in Arpora claimed 25 lives, including five tourists, late Saturday night. The blaze, believed to have started from electric firecrackers igniting the wooden ceiling, trapped many in the basement, leading to suffocation. Authorities have registered a culpable homicide case against the club owners and arrested four staff members.
