Former Vancouver Canucks and Anaheim Ducks forward Ryan Kesler is officially headed toward trial after a new court decision on Thursday confirmed the case will move forward. The latest ruling reinforces the prosecution’s position, while Kesler continues to maintain his not-guilty plea.
