Former Vancouver Canucks and Anaheim Ducks forward Ryan Kesler is officially headed toward trial after a new court decision on Thursday confirmed the case will move forward. Kesler faces two misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct tied to a January incident in Orchard Lake, Michigan. The latest ruling reinforces the prosecution’s position, while Kesler continues to maintain his not-guilty plea.
