A University of Delaware student, Luqmaan Khan, was arrested with a cache of weapons, body armor, and a manifesto detailing plans for a mass shooting and seeking “martyrdom.” Police found the arsenal in his truck and later at his home, including an illegal automatic weapon. Khan allegedly expressed a desire to become a martyr.
