AT&T is dismantling its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, citing a changed legal landscape and a renewed focus on business priorities. The telecom giant informed the FCC that it will no longer have DEI-specific roles and will ensure all practices align with merit-based opportunities and applicable laws.
