The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has launched a probe into IndiGo’s network disruptions, citing massive flight delays and cancellations. The airline reported 1,232 flight cancellations in November due to crew constraints and ATC failures. IndiGo attributed the issues to unexpected operational problems, including technical glitches and winter schedule adjustments.
