IITs bar from placement drive 20+ companies that rescinded offers

Over 20 companies have been banned from participating in the IIT placement season for revoking job offers made to students, some as late as June or July. This decision was made unanimously by IITs to protect students’ career prospects and mental well-being. The banned firms can still recruit through off-campus processes.
