Central agencies investigating the Delhi blast case detained three individuals, including a cleric from Haldwani’s Banphoolpura, for alleged links to the main accused, Umar-un-Nabi. Call detail records reportedly showed communication between the cleric and Umar, prompting the raid. Heavy police presence has been deployed in the area following the detentions.
