National Investigation Agency (NIA) discovered Rs 18 lakh cash in a hostel room at Al-Falah University, linked to Dr. Shaheen Shahid, arrested for the Delhi blast. The money is suspected to fund a ‘white-coat terror module’ operating from the university. Investigations are underway to trace the funds and identify associates involved in expanding the terror network.
