Apple might be partnering with Intel again, but this time for manufacturing its entry-level M-series chips by 2027. While Apple will design the chips, Intel will handle production, potentially for MacBooks and iPads. This move could boost US-based manufacturing and diversify Apple’s supply chain beyond TSMC, while also validating Intel’s turnaround efforts. Both companies have reportedly signed NDAs and are progressing with development.
