ED’s terror funding probe into the Red Fort blast case has uncovered a land scam in Madanpur Khadar. Jawad Ahmad Siddiqui, chancellor of Al-Falah University, allegedly acquired prime land by forging signatures and fingerprints of deceased individuals between 1978 and 1998.
