Two US National Guard soldiers were critically wounded in a shooting near the White House, now being investigated as an act of terrorism by the FBI. The suspect, identified as a 29-year-old Afghan national who entered the US in 2021, is also severely wounded. President Trump vowed severe consequences for the attacker.
