A Gurgaon resident has sent a legal notice to Haryana DGP OP Singh, calling his recent statement about Thar owners defamatory. The owner claims the DGP’s remarks, suggesting Thar owners have ‘twisted minds’ and are ‘goons’, caused him humiliation and damaged the reputation of all Thar owners.
