Chief Justice of India Surya Kant is considering a shift to virtual-only Supreme Court proceedings due to Delhi’s severe air pollution, after personally experiencing ill effects. The proposal, which may include options for senior lawyers to appear online, will be discussed with the Bar before any decision is made.
