Over 100 Delhi-bound flyers faced a three-hour delay at Pune airport Tuesday morning after an IndiGo captain refused to fly due to flight duty time limitations. An Amritsar-bound IndiGo flight also experienced a similar delay for the same reason. Passengers expressed frustration over the lack of prior information and airline planning.
