Tamil Nadu braces for heavy rains as Cyclone Senyar is set to form over the Bay of Bengal by November 27. The India Meteorological Department warns of extremely wet conditions across the state. Three delta districts will see very heavy rain on November 28. Chennai and seven other districts face similar conditions on November 29.
