The National Investigation Agency has arrested Soyab from Faridabad. He is accused of harbouring terrorist Umar Un Nabi. Soyab also provided logistical support to Un Nabi before the car bombing. This is the seventh arrest in the case. The NIA is continuing its investigation to uncover the full conspiracy behind the attack.
