TSMC has sued former executive Lo Wen-jen, alleging he leaked trade secrets to rival Intel before joining them. The chip giant claims a high probability that Lo disclosed proprietary knowledge, a move that has also raised national security concerns in Taiwan. Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan has denied any wrongdoing, calling the allegations rumor and speculation.
