Pakistan overturns life ban on Arshad Nadeem’s coach; terms action ‘unconstitutional’

An adjudicator has overturned the life ban on Salman Butt, coach to Pakistan’s javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem. Senator Pervez Rashid deemed the Pakistan Amateur Athletics Federation’s action unconstitutional, citing a lack of due process. Butt is now free to continue coaching Nadeem and represent Pakistan internationally.
