Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis stated Pakistan, unable to win a direct fight, attempts to assert presence through proxy wars, citing the Delhi explosion. Fadnavis also said that had the previous government taken action like PM Modi-approved Operation Sindoor, the country would not have suffered terror attacks like Pahalgam, where 26 civilians were killed in Baisaran meadow.
