A flour mill in Faridabad was converted into a chemical workshop by a terror suspect. This suspect, Muzammil, was involved in the Delhi car blast. Investigators found evidence of meticulous planning for over two years. Nearly 3,000kg of explosives and arms were discovered. The network is being dismantled to prevent further attacks.
