Delhi Police and UP ATS detained Ahmed Raza, an MBBS student, in Deoband as part of the Delhi blast conspiracy probe. Raza, a suspected associate of the deceased Dr. Umar, was in contact with other arrested accused, expanding the multi-state investigation into the terror module.
