Sonbhadra mine collapse: Toll rises to 4; rescue operations continue as several still trapped

The incident occurred Saturday afternoon at the Billi Markundi mining site, burying several laborers. An FIR has been lodged against Krishna Mining Works and two staff members for alleged negligence.
