More than 40 Indian Umrah pilgrims, many from Hyderabad, are feared dead after a bus collided with a diesel tanker in Saudi Arabia early Monday. Telangana chief minister Revanth Reddy has sought a full report and directed senior officials to coordinate with the Ministry of External Affairs and Saudi authorities. The bus was travelling from Mecca to Medina when the crash occurred, with many passengers reportedly asleep. Rescue efforts are underway, and the Telangana government has set up a control room to assist families.
