A relative of the deceased, Naveen, alleges his murder was a planned act to incite city-wide chaos. Naveen, whose father and grandfather were senior RSS workers, was shot by two assailants while returning home from his shop. The hospital declared him brought dead, suggesting he may have died instantly.
