Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah condemned the demolition of a Delhi “suicide bomber’s” family home, questioning its effectiveness in combating terrorism. Security forces razed the two-storey house in Pulwama, sparking criticism from PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti and NC MP Aga Ruhullah Mehdi, who labelled it “collective punishment” and an act of cruelty during harsh winter conditions.
