Authorities have detained two Kashmiri doctors in Uttar Pradesh as part of the investigation into a Jaish-e-Mohammed module linked to a Delhi car blast. Dr. Mohammed Arif Mir, a cardiology postgraduate in Kanpur, and Dr. Farooq Ahmad Dar, an assistant professor in Hapur, were apprehended. Both had previously studied at Al-Falah University.
