A trailer truck lost control and crashed into 13 vehicles on the Pune-Bengaluru highway, resulting in eight deaths and 13 injuries. The impact caused a car to be sandwiched between two trucks, leading to a massive fire and charring victims. The deceased include five car occupants and the truck driver and cleaner.
