Intelligence agencies have uncovered a wider terror plot linked to the Delhi Red Fort car explosion, revealing plans to rig 32 vehicles for coordinated attacks across multiple cities. Investigations revealed suspects were modifying vehicles and preparing to execute serial blasts with multiple IEDs, with eight suspects working in pairs assigned to specific cities.
