US Secretary of State Marco Rubio condemned the Delhi bomb blast as a “clearly a terrorist attack” and expressed solidarity with India. Following a meeting with External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, Rubio commended India’s investigation, stating authorities were “doing a great job” and reaffirmed US support for counterterrorism efforts.
