Houston Texans’ star quarterback C.J. Stroud is still experiencing concussion symptoms and remains in NFL protocol, ruling him out for Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans. This marks his second consecutive missed game, with backup Davis Mills preparing to start again. Head coach DeMeco Ryans confirmed Stroud, along with Tytus and Jalen, are progressing through the protocol.
