A San Francisco train driver fell asleep at the controls, causing a packed Muni metro train to dangerously accelerate through a curve. Panicked passengers were thrown to the floor, with one requiring treatment for a concussion. The SFMTA attributed the incident to operator fatigue after an investigation found no mechanical issues.
