DGCA mandates pilots and air traffic controllers to report GPS spoofing within 10 minutes of detection. This new protocol follows unprecedented GPS anomalies at Delhi Airport, where aircraft have experienced incorrect location data and false terrain warnings. The National Security Advisor’s office is investigating the issue, which has been common in conflict zones but is a first for Delhi.
