Former basketball star Micheal Ray Richardson has died. He played for the Knicks and Nets and was a four-time NBA All-Star. Richardson’s career included overcoming substance abuse issues and coaching overseas. Tributes from the Knicks and his attorney praise his defensive skills and character. Isiah Thomas also spoke highly of his playing ability.
