Initial investigations into a car explosion near Delhi’s Red Fort suggest it was not a typical suicide attack, but possibly a premature detonation by a panicked suspect. The blast, which killed at least eight people, did not exhibit the usual modus operandi of suicide bombers, with no crater or shrapnel found.
