A Turkish military cargo plane crashed in Georgia Tuesday. The C-130 aircraft was carrying 20 people. It took off from Azerbaijan and was returning to Turkey. The crash happened near the Azerbaijani border. Search and rescue operations are underway. Leaders from Turkey and Azerbaijan expressed deep sadness and offered condolences.
