Cyprus will host the 2026 FIDE Candidates and Women’s Candidates tournaments. The events are scheduled for March 28 to April 16, 2026, near Paphos. Several players have already qualified. The FIDE World Cup in Goa will determine three more Candidates spots. India’s R Praggnanandhaa is expected to top the 2025 FIDE Circuit.
