A devastating fire, suspected to be caused by an electrical short circuit, claimed the lives of four individuals, including a pregnant woman and her young daughter, in Vita, Sangli. The blaze engulfed an electronics and steel shop, with the victims succumbing to asphyxia from dense smoke. The shop owner, his wife, his pregnant daughter, and granddaughter perished in the incident.
