A real estate businessman allegedly bludgeoned his wife to death with a cricket bat in Ameenpur, suspecting her of infidelity. The victim, an assistant bank manager, died at the scene after a heated argument. Their son alerted grandparents and neighbours, leading to the husband’s arrest and the weapon’s seizure by police.
