Videos of prisoners, including serial rapist Umesh Reddy and a terror case accused, using mobile phones inside Bengaluru’s Central Prison have surfaced. This security lapse has prompted an inquiry into how the phones were provided and who is involved. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has ordered a report and action against those responsible.
