Authorities have demanded Rs 21 crore in stamp duty and penalty from Amadea Enterprises LLP for a cancelled 40-acre land deal in Mundhwa. The firm, co-partnered by Parth Pawar, had sought stamp duty exemption for a data centre project, but its cancellation has nullified the concession. The sub-registrar insists on full payment before re-submitting the cancellation deed.
