A humble vegetable vendor from Jaipur, Amit Sehra, has won the Rs 11 crore Punjab State Lottery Diwali Bumper 2025. He purchased the winning ticket after borrowing Rs 500 from a friend, as he had no money. Sehra plans to gift Rs 1 lakh to his friend before making any decisions for his own family.
