Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) dismantled a drug syndicate in Goa, arresting kingpin Danish Merchant, also known as ‘Danish Chikna’, and his wife Henna Bharat Shah. The operation led to the seizure of 1.3kg of mephedrone and the apprehension of four individuals, including key conspirators. Merchant, a notorious repeat offender, was previously involved in multiple NDPS cases.
